Lighter weights are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Heavier items and the premium Ikshvaku Series are handcrafted to order and dispatch in approximately 1–2 weeks. You will receive tracking once your order ships.
Shipping
We ship across India. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Weight Exchange
Unsure about weight? You can exchange an unused piece for a different weight within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with your order ID and the weight you would like.
Damages
Every piece is inspected and carefully packed. In the rare event your order arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
